For returned products, Arcfashion may inspect the returned product before approving the refund where appropriate.

3. Refund Amount

Where applicable, eligible delivery charges and return shipping charges will be handled according to the reason for the return and the applicable terms.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer may be required to provide valid bank account or other payment details necessary to process the refund.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s bank account, card, or payment account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.

If a refund fails because incorrect payment or bank details were provided, Arcfashion may contact the customer to obtain corrected information.

8. Promotional Discounts

If a product was purchased using a promotional discount, coupon, or offer, the refund amount may be calculated based on the actual amount paid and the applicable terms of the promotion.

9. No Unauthorized Deductions

Arcfashion will not make arbitrary deductions from an eligible refund. Any applicable charges or deductions will be based on the disclosed terms, circumstances of the transaction, and applicable law.
