At Arcfashion, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.
1. Customer Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped, subject to the applicable order status and cancellation terms.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
Customers may cancel an eligible order through:
- Their Arcfashion account/order section, if cancellation is available; or
- Arcfashion Customer Support.
The customer may need to provide the order number and registered contact information.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available through the normal cancellation process.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return or refusal-of-delivery process.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should cancel the order before shipment whenever possible.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may affect future COD availability.
5. Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and applicable payment-provider requirements.
6. Cancellation by Arcfashion
Arcfashion may cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Product availability issues.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Other legitimate circumstances permitted by applicable law.
If Arcfashion cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Cancellation Charges
Arcfashion will not impose cancellation charges on customers except where such charges are permitted by applicable law and have been clearly disclosed in the applicable terms.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 restrict e-commerce entities from imposing cancellation charges on consumers after order confirmation unless similar charges are also borne by the entity when it unilaterally cancels an order.
8. Delayed Orders
Where an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery schedule, customers may contact Arcfashion to request assistance or cancellation, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the delay.
