Refund & Return Policy – ARCFASHION

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if: the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect; size issue (only if return is allowed on that product page). Return request must be made within [3/5] days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for: products on sale/clearance (if mentioned); innerwear, socks, or hygiene products; customized or altered products; used/washed/damaged items (not caused during delivery).

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return: contact us at msag.prod@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 77023 96641. Share your Order ID, product photos/video, and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), pickup is free. If the return is due to customer choice (size change, dislike, etc.), shipping charges may apply.

5. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Prepaid Orders: refund will be credited to original payment method in 5–10 business days. COD Orders: refund will be sent to your bank account/UPI after you share details.

6. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged/defective/wrong item, we provide replacement (subject to stock availability). If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is allowed only before shipping. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If cancelled successfully, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
